Interpersonal Skills Workshop
Three Days
People at all levels in the organization are introduced to critical leadership concepts and become aware of their own behavior and what beliefs and attitudes underlie it. They learn what personal choices can improve performance and increase productivity. CultureWorks’ believes that there is no right or wrong behavior—just effective and ineffective behavior choices.

Vision and Values Development Workshop
Four Days
Helps the Senior Team and their “right-hand” people revitalize the organization’s Vision, Values, and Mission. Participants develop techniques for communicating the new vision statement to co-workers. Employs the “Vision Model” described in Built to Last by Collins and Porras of Stanford University.

Advanced Leadership
Five Days
Intensive seminar for company leaders, potential leaders, internal candidates for company facilitators or coaches, and people responsible for bringing about change within the organization. Conducted at live-in retreat setting near client’s home base. Participants determine the benefits of facilitative leadership, discover and develop their own leadership strengths, and receive intensive personal coaching in areas needing further work. Includes review of leadership fundamentals, discussion of recent developments in the field, preparation of personalized plans for implementing “Ten Essential Leadership Actions,” and two hours of individual follow-up coaching within 30 days of the session.

Thrive, Lead, and Change (TLC)
Three Days
Provides a safe forum for managers and their work groups to express their anger, fear, disappointment, or guilt over surviving organizational upheavals and to discuss how to get work accomplished when the rules and key people have changed. This leads to process revisions, work realignment, and an eagerness to be part of the new team.

Personal and Small Group Coaching
One-on-one coaching to enhance interpersonal and leadership skills of executives and mid-level managers. Intervention coaching for small work groups that need outside assistance to collaborate and work more effectively. Group coaching can take place at your work location or off-premises in a retreat setting.

Topics include: personal awareness, effective individual and team leadership, managerial effectiveness, setting priorities, managing resources, and building relationships.
